Akcoat Commits to the CEO Water Mandate

The CEO Water Mandate Secretariat welcomes Akcoat as its latest endorsing company. Via its endorsement of the Mandate in April 2021, Akcoat joins a diverse, global community of over 190 companies that have made a commitment to advancing water stewardship.

Based out of Turkey, Akcoat manufactures chemical coating materials, focusing on five main product groups: enamel, ceramic, non-stick decorative coatings, pigment and glass. Founded in 1975, the company’s mission is to be a global solution partner that adds value to life and its stakeholders with innovative products by improving its competitive and technological structure in the field of performance coatings. Akcoat operates in Turkey, Spain, the United States of America, and China, and exports to approximately 60 countries in six continents. Akcoat is owned by Akkok Holding, which has been a member of the UN Global Compact since 2007.

These key partners work together as the CEO Water Mandate Secretariat.
