The Institute is widely-recognized as a global thought leader regarding water and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"4\"><\/p>\n<p>Together, the UN Global Compact and Pacific Institute comprise the CEO Water Mandate Secretariat. The CEO Water Mandate is a unique public-private initiative \u2013 established by the UN Secretary General in 2007 and now endorsed by more than 100 companies from a variety of industry sectors \u2013 designed to assist companies in the development, implementation, and disclosure of water sustainability policies and practices.<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"4\"><\/p>\n<p>WWF is one of the world\u2019s largest and most experienced independent conservation organizations, with over 5 million supporters and a global network active in more than 100 countries.
