The Water Security through Stewardship Action Platform is where all of the CEO Water Mandate’s key programmatic areas and working groups are housed. It is the core mechanism through which companies, UN entities, governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders work together to:
- Work with leading companies to test, refine, and scale cutting-edge water stewardship practices including using and setting context based water metrics, pioneering WASH solutions, and innovating climate resiliency measures
- Foster local partnerships, collective actions, and policy engagement that advance more sustainable water management and the SDGs
In addition to the Global Compact annual contribution, Water Action Platform participants pay a platform participant fee based on a company’s annual sales/revenue. This has replaced the Mandate’s annual solicitation from years past.
|Annual Sales/Revenue (USD)||Action Platform Fee (Annual in USD)||Global Compact Mandatory Annual Contribution Fee (in USD)|
|> $ 5 bn||$20,000||$20,000|
|$1 – 5 bn||$15,000||$15,000|
|$250 ml – 1 bn||$10,000||$10,000|
|$50 – 250 ml||$5,000||$5,000|
|$25 – 50 ml||$2,500||$2,500|
